Child-to-Child is an approach for helping children to help themselves and other children to improve health and social conditions for themselves, their families and the community. Many Arab NGOs have used this approach, contributing to develop it further, registering successes and addressing challenges.

This report is about the evaluation and the follow-up on the regional workshop "Organizational Child Protection" organized by the Arab Resource Collective (ARC), Save the Children Sweden-Regional Office and other partners. This workshop was a practical introduction of organizational child protection policy in the Arab region. It aimed at enhancing the organizations’ capacities on drafting organizational child protection “code of conduct” and integrating it into working strategies and plans.

From Wednesday, September 28, 2005 to Saturday, October 01, 2005

This workshop will be based on research studies mainly in Lebanon, Palestine, Yemen, Jordan and Syria in addition to other Arab Countries. This workshop aims to strengthen the capacities of NGOs on Alternative Reporting and follow-up on Concluding Observations through exchange of experiences and lessons learnt in the region.
