This report was submitted in advance of Australia's initial State report on OPAC. The report is intended to assist the CRC Committee in formulating its questions and recommendations to the Australian government aimed at ending the recruitment and use of child soldiers and ensuring that they are provided with appropriate assistance to successfully return to civilian life.
