The official European Network of Ombudspersons for Children (ENOC) website is currently undergoing redevelopment and will be relaunching in the first quarter of 2014. In the meantime, you can still get access to ENOC information on the archived copy of ENOC's previous site.
Established in 1997, ENOC links forty three independent offices for children from thirty five countries in Europe. Its aims are to:
- encourage the fullest possible implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child
- support collective lobbying for children’s rights
- share information, approaches and strategies, and
- promote the development of effective independent offices for children
