CRIN Newsletters

The CRIN Newsletter is CRIN's most widely used information resource, read by organisations and individuals working in the context of child rights world-wide. Specifically, it aims to share experiences, challenges and critical issues pertinent to those working in the field of child rights in addition to providing resource updates in terms of news, events and publications. Published since 1996, its thematic focus enables a comprehensive analysis of a particular theme through the presentation of diverse and thought-provoking articles. As such, it intends to raise debate and stimulate dialogue between NGOs, governmental and intergovernmental organisations, donor agencies, academics and practitioners working to both support and promote child rights across the globe.

Newsletter is to present information about key thematic areas relevant to the child rights community worldwide. Recent themes covered in the newsletter include Education, Macroeconomics, the Special Session on Children, Mainstreaming Child Rights, and Children and Young People's Participation.

One newsletter per year regularly presents CRIN Members and the work that they are doing to support and promote child rights at multiple levels and in different contexts. This 'Voices from the Regions' newsletter will provide space share the excellent work of CRIN Members, often not captured at the international level, conducted for and with children in support of their rights. The newsletter is produced three times a year and is disseminated, in both paper and electronic format. It is available in English, French and Spanish.

CRIN welcomes writers' suggestions for features and encourages feedback in the form of letters to the Editor.
